Six Second Billing
PNG offers six-second billing. For those who don't know
what six-second billing means your calls are billed in six-second
increments. If you call long distance for one minute and one second, you
only get billed for a 1.1 minute call. You don't get billed for two minutes
as you would with companies like AT&T. Minimum call length 18 seconds
for domestic calls.
No Minimums or Billing Fees
There are no minimums and no monthly billing fees. You only
pay for what you use, plus the usual Federal and State taxes and
fees.

Business PIC-C fees are no charge for one line, and $4.31 for multiple lines.

Service
Personal toll-free access is also available
at the same rates as for regular long distance. (See our home
page and click on your state for specific rates. Look under PNG.) Use a
personal toll-free number when you're away from home and want to call home.
You simply dial your assigned toll-free number and your home phone rings.
It's great for spouses away on business, college students who want to call
home, or extended family members and friends who live outside your local
calling area.
